Foodie Fridays

Foodie Fridays... on a Sunday!


I had a craving for a little somethin' somethin' but I didn't want something totally naughty so I whipped up these babies!

Ingredients:-
• 1 x medium banana
• 1 cup rolled oats
• Mix-ins (I used sultanas & coconut)

Method:-

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius;
2. Smoosh the banana in a bowl.
3. Add rolled oats.
4. Mix!
5. Add your mix-ins.
6. Mix some more!
7. Create cookie shapes and pop onto a   greased oven tray.
8. Bake for 15 mins.
9. Let those babies cool down!
10. NOM!
